It's 8 miles from Bristol city centre. The number A2 bus to Bristol Airport and Tyntesfield Victorian Gothic house (all days expect Sundays) departs from outside the station. Trains run to Bristol Temple Meads (about a 15-minute journey) and Weston-super-Mare around twice an hour, and to Bristol Parkway, Cardiff Central and Taunton hourly. There are also services to Exeter St Davids.
