Wivelsfield train station is a mile north of Burgess Hill town centre. For the town centre: trains to Burgess Hill run around 3 times an hour. Alternatively buses depart from outside the station. Trains run to Brighton (about 15 minutes away) and Bedford twice an hour. There are also hourly services to London Victoria (via Gatwick Airport) and Eastbourne. On Sundays trains connect to London Victoria twice an hour, and to Brighton hourly.
